Cheater Smoothie... for Cheat Days

Sometimes I crave a milkshake rather than a smoothie, but what do I do when that craving hits at breakfast time?  Compromise!  I'll make a typical smoothie and add a special ingredient: a chunk of butter toffee.

Here are the ingredients for my most recent Cheater Smoothie:

  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 single serve cup Greek yogurt (peach)
  • Approx. 1 C milk
  • Toffee 

I bought a box of toffee quite some time ago and keep it in the freezer.  It's out of sight, out of mind most days.  But I'm so glad it's there when I "need" it. :)
