Hey, don't skimp on the bacon! You will regret it! LOL.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans (drained)
- water (a little more than enough to cover the beans)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp vegetable broth powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- bacon (already cooked, chopped)
- cilantro (chopped)
Directions:
- Combine beans, water, and onion in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower to simmer.
- Add broth powder, garlic powder, cumin, and bacon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Enjoy!
