Ingredients:
- 1 T. butter
- 1 whole banana
- 1 spoon of brown sugar
- soy milk
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet over med-high heat.
- Add the banana and let the underside brown a bit, then flip it over.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the banana and into the surrounding butter.
- When the brown sugar has pretty much dissolved into the butter (give it a stir if you like), carefully add a splash of milk. The sauce will bubble, foam, and thicken.
- Stir and serve immediately.
Yum. I really wish I had another banana.
