Banana w/ Caramel Sauce

Thought I'd start my morning with fruit today.  Who says we can't have dessert for breakfast?


Ingredients:
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 spoon of brown sugar
  • soy milk

Directions:
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add the banana and let the underside brown a bit, then flip it over.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the banana and into the surrounding butter.
  4. When the brown sugar has pretty much dissolved into the butter (give it a stir if you like), carefully add a splash of milk.  The sauce will bubble, foam, and thicken.
  5. Stir and serve immediately.
Yum. I really wish I had another banana.
