Leftover Veggie Toss

Here's what went into the frying pan for today's easy Saturday saute.  This was a delicious complement to my slice of wheat toast and fried egg.



Pesto sauce
Fresh spinach
Mushrooms (sliced)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Olives
